Pamela Goff
–
President
Pam is a licensed CPA with a master's degree in accounting. She has over 40 years of business experience, the last 25 in the construction industry. She spent 10 years as a member of Citicorp's senior management team, honing her planning, management and organizational skills. Prior to Citicorp, Pam held responsible positions in the financial services industry, an accounting firm, and in the manufacturing sector.
In 2006, Pam was recognized by the Colorado Society of CPAs, earning their prestigious "This CPA makes a difference" award. In 2016 Pam received recognition by the West Chamber for their “Celebrate Women” award for contributions made to the community.
Mike Jameson – Senior Project Manager/Estimator
Mike is a seasoned project manager who has a consistent track record of achieving high customer satisfaction and winning long-term customers. With a strong background in all phases of construction from earthwork to roofing, Mike has the skillset to work with architects and designers through project close-outs and inspections. He is a valued addition to our team with his background in civil/structural engineering as well as Class A ICC certification.
Klaus Hirtler – Project Manager/Estimator
Klaus is a highly skilled remodel construction expert who can take projects from the bidding stage to final completion ranging from work orders to large remodels in the commercial, multi-family and residential industries. He is a proven player in preconstruction activities, estimating, production, safety, coordinating subcontractors, scheduling, budgets, client relations and sequencing for job efficiencies. Klaus has his ICC certification and Class B Contractor License.
Thresa phipps – Office manager
Thresa provides outstanding support in all areas of the business including contract admin, payroll, subcontractor management, financial reporting and insurance. Thresa helps insure we follow best practices in the back-office operation of our company, and with her 20 years of experience in the industry she brings an invaluable broad-based administrative skill set.
