Archstone Communities
Constructed sixty (60) bays at parking garages. Work included framing, roofing, asphalt and concrete, drywall, gutters and downspouts, electrical, garage doors, and paint. Mold remediation and rehabilitation. Work included removal and replacement of the roofing, insulation, interior drywall and sub-floor, texture, caulk and paint.

Ongoing projects include construction of a new maintenance garage, mold remediation, concrete replacement, framing, drywall, paint and the remodeling of low-income housing at various locations.
The Breakers
600+ unit apartment complex. Exterior repairs involved replacement of fascia, trim, siding, re-sloping of decking and repairing decorative columns.
Breakaways Townhomes
Completed a deck replacement project to replace defective decks. Removed and replaced all decks and exterior stairs. This work was designed and monitored by Wiss Janney Elstner Engineering.
Cedar Bridge
Removed and replaced all deteriorated or failed caulking and coatings throughout the community. Removed and replaced all deteriorated or failed trim and siding throughout the community.
Clover Hills Apartments
Constructed new carports and designed and installed new stair tread covers for the entire property. Built laundry room, repaired drywall, re-leveled floors, and removed and replaced sidewalks and landings. Remodeled the leasing office and converted apartments to condominiums.
Commons Park West
Repaired the stucco and EIFS band, repaired several water damaged apartments and corridors, and closed out projects during initial construction including carpentry, paint, drywall and concrete. Colorado Property Management Group

Relocated and enlarged the elevator shaft of a four story apartment building. Included the remodeling of four apartments to accommodate the changes.

Heather Gardens Association
Remodeled community center. Removed and replaced the concrete pool deck, restored elevated parking garage, and installed drainage.

Painted exterior of the buildings and replaced all window trim for the entire property.

Kimberly Wood Apartments
Constructed a new laundry room and maintenance room at covered parking.
Lakewood Estates Homeowner's Association
Removed all loose and failed coatings and caulking. Installed new caulking and painted the exterior of all buildings.
Lodge @ Willow Creek
Built retaining walls, repaired existing retaining walls and re-graded to control run-off. Installed more than 500 linear feet of underground drain.

Ongoing projects include water damage restoration, carpentry, concrete repairs and replacement, paint, roofing, and structural repairs.
Monaco South Apartments
Painted 600 linear feet of perimeter fence, constructed new dumpster enclosures, installed clean outs, performed structural repairs at elevated walkways, rebuilt brick perimeter fence, replaced landing and metal handrails.
Officers Row--Lowry Redevelopment
Closed out a project for Etkin Construction. Scope included re-hanging hundreds of doors, drywall repairs, paint, trim work and concrete restoration.
Park North Townhouse Association
Remove and replaced all deteriorated or failed caulking and coatings on all off the buildings, sheds, fences and carports for the entire property.

Presidential Arms Apartments, LLC
Property wide improvements to bring a building built in 1963 forward in time. This included the complete floor to ceiling remodel of all 33 units, the manager's office, and laundry facilities; in-fill of the courtyard swimming pool, installation of new concrete sidewalks and the construction of a new gazebo; exterior paint, and the demolition of the existing house and landscape of the adjacent lot, grading and laying new asphalt to provide additional parking.

Miscellaneous repairs including drainage, plumbing, concrete, structural repairs, stair assemblies elevated walkways, and major welding projects throughout the community.

Complete rehabilitation of 323 units, landscaping, retaining walls and concrete flatwork.
Retreat @ Fox Hollow
Stabilized building slipping down hill. Removed all interior fixtures, leveled floor, re-installed fixtures, and repaired landscaping. At completion of work units were rent-ready.
Tollgate Creek Apartments
Retrofit 225 toilets, bath and kitchen aerators and showerheads throughout the entire property. Complete community-wide exterior repaint with minor carpentry repairs.
