Colorado Trust
Tenant finishes including C2 Media printing, Army Recruiting office, and other businesses.

A frozen water line burst one night requiring remediation and restoration that affected three stories in a historical building. Project required restoration of 100-year-old plaster work, restoring a gold leaf dome, walnut paneling and trim, custom tile ceiling and custom paint work. Most of this work was completed while the owners' operations continued with minimal disruption.

Restored 20,000 square feet of a parking deck, including installation of new mechanical joint, replacing deteriorated concrete cover with polymer concrete, and repair and restoration of deteriorated rebar.

Cheyenne Mountain Resort
Removed tile at indoor pool, repaired concrete and installed decorative topping. This job had to be completed under extremely tight time restrictions requiring 12-14 hour days, 7 days a week.

Clinica Campesina
Tenant finish at new offices.

Columbine Knolls Recreation Center
Repaired a 15,000 square feet pool deck involving crack repairs, prepping of deck by shot blasting, installation of new anti-slip topping and sealer. Also removed and replaced sealants at coping at an Olympic size pool and a youth pool.

Denver Public Schools
Ongoing projects include concrete restoration, building dugouts and secondary containment storage facilities, paint and drywall at various locations, ADA accessible routes including ramps, sidewalks and openings.

Imperial Headware
Major water damage required mold remediation and removal and replacement of drywall. Prepped floors and coated with 30 mils of MMA coating, repaired and restructured drainage. Most work was performed 24 hours around the clock while the factory continued to operate.

Jefferson County Public Schools
Projects included deck and ramp construction, concrete restoration, painting, anti-graffiti coatings on exterior of high school, multicolor paint work, and MMA coatings at restrooms, kitchens, and water treatment facilities.

Lowry Redevelopment Assisted Living Facility

Gutted an old Air Force officers' family hotel. Scope of work included steel stud framing, drywall, welding, paint and faux finishes in common areas.

Seyfer Automotive
Remodeled the interior reception and office area and the exterior of a high-end retro façade. Included new commercial windows and doors, glass blocks, two-tone stucco with checkered tile accent, and a new radial parapet sign.

Stonebridge Companies
Multiple hotel jobsites. Roofing, pool restoration, tile work, repaired water-damaged areas including lobby, corridor and rooms. Work included new drywall, paint, plumbing, electrical, wall covering, carpet repair and restoration. Ongoing projects in progress.
